 qos classification in DSL-2750E

Hi, i want to configure qos for better gaming experience in my DSL-2750E router, but i have difficulties in classifying this thing,what could be the source ip and destination ip? it would be better if someone can post a screenshot of example, any help is highly appreciated.

source MAC/IP would be the device on your LAN that you want to apply QOS on. should be something like 192.168.1.x, refer to your DHCP list.

destination would be the IP your game is running on.

i'm playing games on my android phone, any idea how to get the ip address of the games' app?
