I went to the counter and ask first for 300mbs n she offered me this package. Then, I said I was an existing user (Unifi 500mbs) and would like to downgrade to this package n she said no problem.

Just to be clear there's two year contract renewal right?

TM: Good route overall, Public IP 300mb>, loyalty promos, 'priority' support. Shit contract terms - we all know this.
Celcom: Better route to Europe in general and many Asian network. Flexible contract- upgrade/downgrade not reset, easy public IP. Shit boomer era support - only via phone or counter for fiber subscribers. Phone support cost 50c each call.
Digi: Attractive price when bundle with mobile plan. Contract can upgrade no reset, no downgrade, abundant support channels. Shit route - refer to previous speedtest submitted by other user.

If you are existing TM customer and confident can walk through that 2yr fixed contract then you can't lose with Unifi.

Maxis is pretty decent on routing too, but their contract is the same as Unifi
From what I've seen on Maxis fibre's thread, I think they're the 2nd best option just after Unifi

i would recommend unifi. take the upgrade, then after you finish contract, they will offer you RM200 for 800mbps. which is very cheap

Yeah it is mentioned before you are connected to the agent. Its only charged when you talk to human, which is the only option you have for fiber anyway.
I can't even talk to agent with my expired celcom prepaid lol .

never tried the 019 one though.

I have never heard that being mentioned. i always call the 019 number since my provider gives unlimited calls and I am not charged for it.

ah. Maybe it's only mentioned if you dial via 1111, on that #6 option since 1111 itself is free.

thx
