My thoughts exactly. Lack of proper training is what it is. I have seen 'luckier' criminals who charge towards cops with a machete and only end up being skillfully disarmed and apprehended or points a gun towards cops in a precinct and got patiently convinced to calm tf down. This here is 1 of those extremely unfortunate+probably not even guilty+in the wrong time and wrong place people
