Hello. Anyone encounter an issue after battery replacement on iPhone 13 pro max, the battery health still the same as previous before ? Why it cant reset to 100% ?
*
Officially replaced?

Normally the customer service (if you replaced on spot like Switch) will show you that battery health is 100% before they passed to you eh ?

Hi all- noticed that my 13 Pro Max is not able to be charged through powerbank. Charge increased just a few % then completely stop charging eventhough powerbank still has plenty of charge left. I've tried two different powerbanks, one is a free gift from Sephora (haha) and another one is a yoobao, both 10000 mAh and output is 5V/2.1A.

Charging through laptop USB-C port and original charger works fine, so I don't think it's the charging port or cable issue...

May I get some advice? Tqvm

Sometimes charging using "unofficial" powerbanks, power adaptors or cables could affect charging once detected by the phone. If its not charging means the powerbank or cable is not compatable.

Investing in quality charging accessories for your phone is essential:

Power Banks: Choose reliable brands such as Xiaomi, UGreen, Aukey, or Baseus. Ensure you purchase from their official stores to guarantee authenticity.
Cables: Opt for MFI-certified cables from reputable brands like UGreen and Vention.
Chargers: Purchase chargers from Apple or trusted brands like UGreen or Aukey.

If you can afford an iPhone, investing in high-quality accessories is a wise decision.

Be cautious of products that seem too good to be true. For instance, Yoobao offers a 10,000mAh power bank for RM19.90, raising concerns about its quality and authenticity. Even Xiaomi doesn't sell at such low prices.

I honestly don't understand why some people skimp on charging equipment.
Even if you're using a cheaper phone, you should always use quality charging accessories.

I'm surprised when I see people buying charging cables from pasar malam, uptown, or cheap, unknown stores on Shopee or Lazada.

My iPhone 13 PM started showing a vertical orange line today on the left side of the screen. Display issues are common with this model eh? Coming to 3 years old, I guess I’m considered quite lucky in a way, but gone are the days where iPhones can be used for so long. laugh.gif

Already coming to 3 years old, well over the warranty period. Unless there’s a recall program that I’m not aware of?

Maybe pop by at the Genius Bar and see if they can help at a reasonable fee? It helps that we have an official Apple Store now smile.gif
