Maybe management already told Tuchel there will be no reinforcements coming in cos no extra budget and sellers clubs asking price too much since we registered losses. Telling Tuchel either recalling our big loan army or do whatever possible with what we had. We do have a lot passengers in the team, it time they work for the money now. Hopefully they can do good or at least attract potential buyers

We can't put completely blame the boards for the decisions, it take 2 sides to tango, some deals may need 3 or more sides to tango.
With the current trend situations, selling clubs are asking for the sky high price fully aware of our situations.
Even the players and their agents are playing the mind games as well by fanning others clubs to come in for bidding wars.

If you look at all the major clubs transfer, it being quiet Jan transfer windows. Maybe it the covid19 situation and 2022 world cup factor, every clubs are waiting for all this pass to be certain of future investment of new players.

Agreed. Not sure he unable to link others players or he sucks at positions.
When wide players cross in the middle, he either nowhere there or not ready.
When wide players being boxed up and needs helps passing the ball, he waving cross to him
Really kek watching him, he nowhere near Costa or Drogba in terms of holding striker.
If with Havertz or even Werner as holding strikers, at least they are good at reading the games and involve in the buildup and free up the wide players.

Anyway, give Lukaku a benefit of doubt, Plymouth CB players are man marks him throughout the game.
But he should do better given that we are playing Plymouth ler, not even PL centreback clubs.

The more I see him play, the more I see him marginally better player when he left. Really not worth 90m and the salary we paid for him. If he continues like this, he will start moaning around and may engineer a move again

I think Tuchel did try werner combo with him but there is no chemistry between them. Maybe can try havertz combo with him.
Anyway a top striker need to have all the skills or at least try to master it especially he got the body size to do Drogba. If he still not keen to learned that, he will sooner or later be a burden for the team to move forward.

If no Tuchel in person at the final, don’t dare to think what going to happen. Our team currently macam blunt in attacking, luckily our defence still can holding it tight at the back to get the results or at least minimise losing it when opposition hard pressed for the win or equaliser.

Why we play like we leading 🤦‍♂️
Always let them regroup where else we fast can counter attacking.

If the first 10min our players want to caution and take it easy, I understand.
Ffs, even blind also noticed they are playing very defensive gameplay with all players in their own half.

maybe TT want Lukaku be static target striker, dun think Lukaku dare to disobey the order.

The problem is Lukaku can't really bully CB's if there is no long ball to him. We really don't have any mf that can do pinpoint pass like Cesc Fàbregas.
Our defenders trying do that but it just too far to be effective cos opposition CB's will have enough time ready to intercept or ready for it

We are really playing ugly and trying hard to slot out a slim 1 goal win margin for dunno how many games now.
Really hope there is solutions to distant ourselves from dropping more points and fighting for spot in CL.

Well, our boards always buy players what they think have prospects and resell value especially former players. Manager input are secondary. Anyway what is done, already done. Look like TT really dunno how to use Lukaku but I think TT dunno how to use Havertz and Timo too. Me really think TT are too rigid and play it safe until our front attacking 3 too preoccupied with defending duty than really have a go..

We only see TT really open up when we chasing the games especially when we 1 goal down.
