kl i think they all call dai chow. kuching we call chao zhu (mandarin)/tzu cha (hokkian). cze char is singkie half teochew half hokkian name

taste okla but abit pricey for 5 pax that ..bill almost close to rm200

This is siu chow la, dai chow makes all the seafood/banquet restaurant dishes. Siu chow normally does noodles and simple dishes.

Hokkien Mee need some skill to cook, otherwise you end up with a overly soupy or dry mess. Many restaurants specifically don't offer this dish for this reason, and it's not strange to find restaurants that ONLY specialize in this dish.

I wonder why put in so many types of sauces, it's bad for body to eat too much salt
