Any clinic can do medical checkup unless you need to do treadmill then have to go hospital.

Normal checkup they just collect your urine and blood, you have to fast 12 hours before they take sample.

No fail or pass they just assess your condition and report accordingly. Unless you really old I don’t think it’s necessary to do treadmill.
