Depends lah. Even young people, it's good to check a comprehensive checking every 2 years at least. Nowadays, just because you are young doesn't mean you are healthy.

Sunway wellness center is good. Take the men wellness package. Below rm900.

i went SJMC last time, got 30% off with certain banks

Unker old already, don't mind paying more for more comprehensive package.

I think main difference are these between the comprehensive and wellness package:

Ankle Brachial Pressure Index (ABPI)

Uroflowmetry and Residual Urine Volume (RUV)

What is "Ankle Brachial?". The other one is urine flow guah i guess.
