Personally, i will say it isn't about which investment is better or which isn't.

It's about building a portfolio where the least risk investment forms the base and from there you add on to riskier investment until the highest risk and reward.
You can start with EPF being your base. Build it up for a couple of years, then move on to unit trust with higher risk. Then add property or precious metal and then top it up with shares or crypto.
You then have a portfolio of various types of investment and can further diversify each segment, for e.g. properties can be for capital appreciation or rental or a mix of both with multiple assets. Shares can be blue chips or start-up etc.

Of course you can choose to specialize in 1 type of investment but that's risky as putting all ur eggs in 1 basket.
Alternative is just to diversify abit into 1 or 2 types.

Usually evening will have rain or cloudy cloud to cover sun rays..

Morning sun ray very strong and the house is still equally hot and wall emitting heat waves at night also need open aircond.

Ppl tend to think morning sun is cooler bcos the temperature in the morning is no doubt more cooling. Evening sun is not any stronger in heat but its the overall temperature cos by the intensity of the sun from 10am to 4pm tat created the misconception.

U feel hotter in the evening doesn't mean the walls facing the morning sun release lesser heat. Its more like lesser ppl staying at home to experience tis period of time on daily basis.

Generally evening sun is perceived as hotter cos the heat released fr the walls is greatly felt when ppl reach home after work.

As mentioned the vkool does help to filter out part of the heat if installed on the glass curtain but the heat fr the walls ll stay.

Boss longshot taikor pointed a vely important point. Low for is in fact more cooling than high flr unit if u buy those facing west. I'm sure there r ppl think high flr units ll b more cooling. It's again bout perception. So I leave it to every1 to find out 😊

Btw to ensure a west facing unit stays cool u oso need to hav vkool installed onto those affected windows. Just the few tat r facing west. Not all windows.

A west facing unit in a condo has nothin to do with a well shaded element but yes ventilation in condo is usually beta than landed if u hav sliding door n entrance door open up at the same time.

East or West facing condo hardly able to avoid direct sun at least for a few hours a day. But a landed with shade even with trees can help to justify wat aunty icy wanna convey here.
