Ppl tend to think morning sun is cooler bcos the temperature in the morning is no doubt more cooling. Evening sun is not any stronger in heat but its the overall temperature cos by the intensity of the sun from 10am to 4pm tat created the misconception.

U feel hotter in the evening doesn't mean the walls facing the morning sun release lesser heat. Its more like lesser ppl staying at home to experience tis period of time on daily basis.

Generally evening sun is perceived as hotter cos the heat released fr the walls is greatly felt when ppl reach home after work.

As mentioned the vkool does help to filter out part of the heat if installed on the glass curtain but the heat fr the walls ll stay.

Initial temperarure of east facing walls in the morning is cooler than the west facing walls in the afternoon. Same intensity of sun light will heat west facing walls to higher temperature. It is undeniable and unavoidable, west facing walls is hotter.

A properly designed, well shaded and ventilated home is a few degree cooler than poorly designed home, don't need ac even in recent super hot weather.

High rise couldn't avoid direct sunlight but architecture design and engineering could reduce heat transmission Vs glass walls but few developers are willing to pay for higher construction costs.

Whether condo is better ventilated is depend on the design. If is well ventilated, it shouldn't need AC in the afternoon.

A few % difference make complaint mean your cash flow is tight. Faster drawdown mean better cashflow for the main contractor, less likely to abandon or delay.
