Property is illiquid, price only moves marginally if at all in a few months. Asking price is vendors whim and fancy, is often syok sendiri.

Not at all. dpc numbers speak for itself.

If one knows why and how dpc landed price doubled prior to 2010, is unrealistic to expect to repeat again.

Ws3 was launched later and developers price was much higher. Older ws1 price didn't rise to match or close to newer ws3 as most punters expected.
