My old userid is fztt, the email it's associated with has been deactivated long ago.

So when I was logged out and asked to renew password, I can't verify my account.

I've emailed helpdesk my userid, old email and new email, please help to restore.

Still no response from the admin team and I noticed the big red notice asking everyone to update their emails.

In the first place, members should not have been barred just because their passwords are in a compromised password database, you could have forced a change of password & email update after they logged in.

From the number of requests here, it seems like many old members are affected.
