Queries Help Restore Old Account, Account logged out unable to verify

My old userid is fztt, the email it's associated with has been deactivated long ago.
So when I was logged out and asked to renew password, I can't verify my account.
I've emailed helpdesk my userid, old email and new email, please help to restore.

Still no response from the admin team and I noticed the big red notice asking everyone to update their emails. In the first place, members should not have been barred just because their passwords are in a compromised password database, you could have forced a change of password & email update after they logged in. From the number of requests here, it seems like many old members are affected.

The email that was previously used to register my lowyat userid does no longer exist anymore. Same-same like you, I now no longer able to access my lowyat account that I've been using since 2006. Hope admin can help me too

i think there are bugs in this forum? was logged out from my previous acc since last week, and cant log in. However can still log in using mobile. But was unable to do so since yesterday.
maybe encouraging to create more dupe acc to increase user counts?

Same boat here, the old account was created like 18 yrs ago, the email associated is no longer valid, can't access the old account anymore and the new account has quite a few restrictions and limitations

Same here. My previous account cannot login anymore.. Asked to verify but the problem is my email used to register the account is no longer exist.
