 How do you stop snacking in weight loss journey?

30mins aint gonna cut it la, bang. you only burn around 150-200 calories, one cup of coffee itself is around 200 calories! Is it around 2-3km of walk?

With a weight around 72kg, you are not fat, but to cut it its gonna be tougher, so really need to look at your food micros and burning more calories.

OK, kalau 167cm, then need to reduce further, maybe 65kg or so, would be nice.

If you getting hungry often, then breaking down your meal to smaller potion every 2-3 hours would be other option as well.
