Drink lots of water.
I did the ECA stack previously (ephedrine + caffeine) to suppress my hunger + burn fats lol.
Also, I tried low-carb regimen before but stopped it because I became easily irritated after doing it so I wouldn't recommend doing it.
And don't listen to people who target fat reduction in certain parts - it doesn't work.
Recommend following shuaisoserious on YT for interesting fitness/nutrition videos as well.
