sometimes it's just boredom, and eating becomes like a habit.
i suggest don't buy any snack to keep at home. And in between, pick up an exercise.
For me, exercise is a good way to limit snacking, as you need quite an empty stomach to swim/ jog , otherwise it feels so uncomfortable.
