Proposal decoration service in Penang, Any company provide such service?

Anyone knows of any company that provide decoration service for proposal? (With balloons, flower petals and such)
I'm planning to do it in a hotel room. The hotel itself does provide the service of decorating it but I find it rather expensive. I wonder if I could find any other company who could a provide a similar service since the hotel officer said they allow outside vendor to decorate the room. |
