Anyone knows of any company that provide decoration service for proposal? (With balloons, flower petals and such)

I'm planning to do it in a hotel room. The hotel itself does provide the service of decorating it but I find it rather expensive.

I wonder if I could find any other company who could a provide a similar service since the hotel officer said they allow outside vendor to decorate the room.
