I'm allergic to excercise, so right now just controlling food intake. I'm Muslim, so that works out perfectly with puasa
I eat one whole grain bread or biscuits for sahur, with half a cup of low fat milk. During berbuka my plan is to drink a lot so I dont eat that much.
Start 8 September 2007 - 95kg
1st weigh-in - 15th Sept - 93kg.
2nd weigh-in - 22nd Sept - 92kg
3rd weigh-in - 29th Sept - 91kg
4th weigh-in - 6th Oct - 90kg
5th weigh-in - 13th Oct - ??
