I've been big my whole life, and I used to not have a problem with it, because quite frankily I love to eat. I'm happy eating. But recently something personal happened, lets just say someone made me feel really bad about myself, and I decided to lose weight, because I know I'm pretty, and I will be prettier if I have a nice (not skinny mind you) body to go along with it.

I'm allergic to excercise, so right now just controlling food intake. I'm Muslim, so that works out perfectly with puasa smile.gif I started with 95 kg. I'm 168cm. I plan to lose 20 kg. That's still above my BMI but I don't want to aim too much.

I eat one whole grain bread or biscuits for sahur, with half a cup of low fat milk. During berbuka my plan is to drink a lot so I dont eat that much.

Start 8 September 2007 - 95kg

1st weigh-in - 15th Sept - 93kg.

2nd weigh-in - 22nd Sept - 92kg

3rd weigh-in - 29th Sept - 91kg

4th weigh-in - 6th Oct - 90kg

5th weigh-in - 13th Oct - ??

All the best sis , losing 20kg is not an easy task but it is probably the most worthy stuff u have ever did in your life. So , no regrets and just do it.

Never let an allergic excuse to make u stop exercise !!! Please , no exercise just diet will really kill your progress , and its not healthy too.

At least try to have some weight training if u don't like cardio , it makes u firmer and toner . U won't get big with it , but u will get body like Jesicca alba by combining a good diet program with it.

Conclusion , exercise !!!

Hi smile.gif This is what I've been doing for Ramadhan :

Break fast
- Kurma
- Slow digesting protein (milk/water + BSN Syntha-6) - 250ml (This is to avoid over-eating & I have a history of gastric so gotta be careful sad.gif)

Maghrib Prayers

- Whatever my family is having in half portion with lots of protein from chicken/fish/egg
- Take a lil bit of kuih just for 'taste' smile.gif

Isyak Prayers
Terawikh + Witir Prayers (can count this as cardio? laugh.gif)

30 mins Yoga & Bodyweight exercises (alternate days)
Stretch

Sleep

Sahur
- Minimal rice, some lauk.
- 4tbsp Oatmeal (if I take too much protein for lauk and less rice smile.gif)
- 500ml milk
- Multivitamins + 2 caps Fish oil

Try not yo starve yourself. It will slow your metabolism down smile.gif

Oh yah forgot to say. I'm skipping rice totally. I'm pleasantly surprised that I have no craving for it smile.gif

*sigh* my friend gave me mooncakes. Cakap cakap x perasan ate like half of it. I know it's super high-fat, too.

My aim now is 1kg-2kg per week. No more than 700 calories per day. I eat multivitamins and vit. c everyday for sahur.

I'm happy I'm doing ths for myself smile.gif

Added on July 26, 2008, 11:55 amUpdating after almost a year.

Current weight: 89kg.

On Lipo 6. Just started 3 days ago.

Current goal: 80kg.

Should really add eating Lipo 6 makes me hyper, cannot sit still, with all the caffiene rush smile.gif I'm sitting in the car tapping my hands, foot, everything. Awesome.
