Let say using MS Paint.
Width:800
Heigth:1086
Size: 72Kb
Even after making it smaller
Width:120
Heigth:163
Size: 16Kb
I wish to make it below 10Kb.

Started with JPEG.
Then I saved as BMP. Then reduce size...20% x 20 % Then saved as JPEG again. Finally...5.5kb. Like that also can? |
