also kena when using cimb card on last purchase. At first thought that is some kind of apple sales tax, but later found out is admin fee from octopus bank, but that time is a little bit late to waive it.
Have stop using cimb when buy for Apple accessories later.

Means that I only found out about it from this thread after more than a month later (stupid me ), by that time the transaction already completed. So cannot waive it already.
Should call Apple CS or bank to waive it when receive invoice update from Apple
