Nope, dont think you can do it online and they shut down wisma genting counter long time ago to cut cost.

The one i mentioned is for renew n upgrade only coz its inside the casino, for new member you need to go outside sky casino, i think is level 1, prepare to wait 30 mins to 1 hour.
