13 or 12pro, for non-camera-fancy user?

I would lean towards the iPhone 13 for its much better battery life which you will experience noticeably in day to day usage. The camera on the iPhone 13 is no slouch either, minus the Zoom lens and LiDAR sensor.

ppl only care so much about the 3-lenses.. looks more 'atas'

I would say go for 13.

think again.. those pro series are 6gb ram.. in a longer run they would perform much better..

I would go with iphone 13..newer is better.. but I would advise you to go to any stores and play with the real unit (benchmark 13 pro as they are about the same), feel the phone and imagine you are using both, see which suits you better (nowadays phone is also part of the accessories we carry and go with our style)..

the 12pro's battery could be at least 1y old too..

Not to mention battery in the iPhone 12 series we're screwed (constant drop in battery health for many - regardless ofusage), we are hoping it will be fixed in the iPhone 13's

speaking of 1 year old battery on the 12 pro, don't forget the warranty might be over or soon too..

Yes when you turn on the device for the first time, and complete the process, once activated then your warranty starts..

ya not too bad though older-battery covers with 1yr warranty

for sure go for 13

as 13 is share 12 pro camera / sensor

13 also having the latest chip......

12 pro doesnt have 120hz too like the 13.... so 13 definitely worth

unless u wan the bigger 12pro max

13 doesn't have ProMotion 120hz too.. only the pro/pro max have it..

I play genshin on iphone 13. Very smooth. Even more smooth than on my iPad 8th gen. Due to processing speed.

If u want lag free all the time, put a heat sink fan behind your iPhone when gaming.

The heat sink more important than the fan. Will really help cool your iPhone. Do note it will need to be plugged in via USB c all the time to work. Don't buy those built in battery type no point as it drains even my power bank super fast when using.

Lastly I play on low settings 60 refresh rate for Genshin. 60 refresh rate enough to lag my phone after an hour's play (if no cooler plugged in). The game is very graphic intensive.
