hi
sometimes i got problem with my maxis line. suddenly like there is no internet for my maxis number need to switch ON & OFF the Mobile Data ....or turn on & off AIRPLANE mode last time when i use HOTLINK prepaid,my connection was fast & stable later change to HOTLINK FLEX/POSTPAID,i notice the speed arent as reliable & fast any maxis representative here to advise ? |

Their quality has become worse day by day. Just like you, have to keep toggling airplane mode and data. Can't even send a 10Mb video over Zoom without failing, Still charge premium rates with subpar service Macha kasi channn laaaa nova80 and bug_vengeance liked this post

Network is getting bad and there is no plan to improve it at the moment, suggest port out of no longer under contract bug_vengeance liked this post

One day toggle airplane mode for 10 times at least. I think because of this.. now my phone keeps going EDGE when 4G signal is weak.. previously goes to 3g at least still hv some internet... now totally nothing. Damn unreliable... from bad to worse. |

But other telco no such problem, as i saw thread on telco section |

Digi and UMobile. Coverage wise digi is wider and better in sub-urban. For UMobile major cities and klang valley is good too. So far at least rarely experience connection issuewhen 4G full bar for UMobile and DiGi. Maxis previously yes.. |

It's 2024, I wonder if anyone is still facing issues with mobile data inconsistencies?
In the same area (bukit jalil), 1 day it can be stable, another it would be toggling between 4g & e. But when I'm in KL main city area, no problem at all. So I don't think it is my phone issue? |
