It's 2024, I wonder if anyone is still facing issues with mobile data inconsistencies?

In the same area (bukit jalil), 1 day it can be stable, another it would be toggling between 4g & e.
But when I'm in KL main city area, no problem at all.

So I don't think it is my phone issue?
