Yeah the infamous 00000 invalid postcode

Sadly these scams are common and are if they get reported just rinse and repeat
the link you've sent is now dead so they have probably closed up shop and created new shop under new name

Looking up details, the address looks chinese, claims to have shipped from johor yet comes from Puchong it seems?

Anyways, to be careful in the future

my rules are
1. disregard whatever 100% authentic lowest price guranteed 5 star 5k reviews whatever, there are many listings with great reviews but are scams (currently 2nd result on shopee for hdd is a paid ad for a fake seagate drive with 1.7k sold and 4.6 star reviews)
2. read 1 star reviews and look for h2testw screenshots or review manipulation (eg, review 5 stars and rm1 off voucher, warranty or whatever)
3. be suspicious about poorly translated english
4. check what the seller sells also, there might be larger red flags like 1tb huawei cards, 512gb cards for cheap, or products that no longer exist like samsung hdds
5. be suspicious about too many free gifts (usb card reader for example)
6. see how long the seller has been selling for
7. see seller's language in response to 1 star reviews, sometimes they are quite aggressive (claim you're a competitor)
8. stick to trusted sellers or go out and buy physically at a store
9. notice keyboard spam shop names
10. notice 00000 postcode

It's not just HDDs, got fake ssds, usb drives, microsd cards, cables and more, so you always have to be careful

Anyways wish TS best of luck in getting refund back, also, if seller tells you to return product, fight for it cause they will give you invalid address that you can not return to

As for the drive, technically it can be reprogrammed to show it's true capacity but it requires some technical work
