✅ Can Rent
✅ Mostly Rumawip dont have Swimming Pool, but this project have, almost same like condo on market
✅ Help Rakyat To get a house with affordable price
✅ Consider Not High Density in Rumawip program (1,604 Total in 6.41 Acre)
✅ 3 Acre Facilities & Landscaping (Swimming Pool)

Cons:
❌ Only Can rent to Local ppl
❌ Only Can Sell after 10 years
❌ 1 CP only, some have 2CP but need to pay more (By Cash Only)
