Kinda familiar with the area. The nearest residential area available for rent is Vertu Resorts and Utropolis. Vertu is the nearer one of the two, but a bit more upmarket than Utropolis, which is mainly catering for the college student market. Walking is possible but not advisable unless you want to arrive drenched in sweat and dust every morning. Cycling is still somewhat feasible.
