Possible to walk to Batu Kawan Industrial park?, Any walkway for it?

Got the job offer from the company located at that area. Though do have own transport, I still hope to walk to that industrial area if situation allowed (renting nearby location and has safe route for pedestrians ) to reduce the commutation cost. If not may rather rent another area like Simpang Ampat and Nibong Tebal for cheaper rental. The current google street view of that area is taken during 2019, so I hope to get update from here.

Walk to bkip from nibong tebal/simpang ampat in malaysia weather? Even riding motorcycle i kenot tahan in that place

It's all 2-lane road with no dedicated pedestrian walkway.
Cycle from IKEA side is doable. Walk? Not recommended.

quite impossible, not many public transport (none that I know of), and the road is not friendly for walking you definitely need a car you can rent a house near valdor if you want but I not sure any room/house for rent from there or not

u can walk 2 to 3km everyday back and forth?
there are no residential area within BKIP except near ikea and kdu

Just get a motorbike as transport at least. People there driving speed can exceed 100kmh, no joke. No proper pedestrian walk paths at BKIP even from B Kawan or Sg Bakap

Some condo only provide 2 car park per unit. If there is 3 tenants in a unit and each has own car. Then one of the tenant may not has slot
