If you dare to proof that I am a scammer and reveal your name so that I can send my law suit to you for defaming my name.

I am an investor and I invested in offshore investment that has licence in Cysec and Fsa Seychelles. No money game has any legit licence. This is NOT an onshore investment in Malaysia and do not have an office in Malaysia and therefore NOT under Malaysia SC jurisdiction.

There are lot of forex scammers which opened a nice office in Malaysia under the pretext of Forex academy. One good example is Herzen which I warned many people it is not licenced and opened a nice office in TRX building and used another broker licence in Labuan. FsA labuan is only for offshore investment and not for Malaysia.

In Malaysia we do not have any forex broker because Only banks and big institutions even like Tabung Haji .

IF You see the petition is because we asked Triumphfx to consider a proposal by Investtor from Bimal as regard to their system.

Triumphfx is growing and tokenise their forex business and hybrid it with their own crypto platform which no forex broker has done before.

There were a dividend based investment and now they have become capital gain and capital loss Compound based investment.basically example from a dividend based like ASB OR fD they have charged to Like public mutual or cimb mutual fund in equity market.

When I am doing something good and helping investors you guys hide under fake name to slander me.

You have no right to slander me .

Triumphfx has great vision HOWEVER they have the worst PR reputation management, customer support, investors relations, change management and implementation strategies ..unfortunately ? Their growth and changes are inevitable but at the expense of thei investors. From a safe consistent investment it has become a capital gain or loss investment a crypto platform which majority of investors are not prepared for. Because all of US went in Because we wanted a dividend based investment under fund management.


The major growth of Triumphfx was actually during pandemic because Tfxi was the only legit investment available..of course that time u guys with fake names already call it a ponzi schemes..ppnzi sche are like herzen or ASJ which less than 2 years closed down.

Again the broker is not perfect and lots to improve on.but they have been around since 2009 as retail forex broker and fund management in 2013.

As why it change to coins..it takes me 1 hour to share with you to understand. Now if you are man enough to meet me either personally or via zoom and tell me your real name and proof to me it is a ponzi schemes.. come see me and dare to give me evidence that it is a ponzi scheme. You know why some people get scammed? Because they think there is short cut to financial freedom. They spend or plan to spend money they don't have.. They have very poor money habits. Yes..all of us TFXI investors are suffering including me...does that make you jump with joy seeing other people's life suffer who never hurt you or don't get involved in your business? This is such a very sick behaviour..very very sick behaviour..

None of you have the heart or the compassion to see that lots of TFXI investors are in pain and suffering .

Instead of sharing word of wisdom, you demean good people's effort like Bimal to find solutions for TFXI investors. He and his team has put a lot of effort and have such big heart just to find solutions for TFXI investors that has their money of paper loss of 99%.

TFXI even from 2009 has never cared what people say about them..they have been branded as scammer especially when they became the pioneer of fund management program in 2013.

They are not popular until pandemic happened in 2020 as people are looking for ways to survive after loosing jobs, business etc. Majority are Malaysians because the first MIB that started the fund management in 2013 is a Malaysian and found TFXI in Hong Kong forex exhibition and is the only broker that can develop a system for fund management program.

Only 2022 they build up to 2.2mill investors with total fund size of usd10bill and need to move forward to grow towards cryptoworld as normal banking way to pay out profits is not sustainable anymore.

Of course Majority of investors are not happy on the changes because most of us are just a passive investors and has no knowledge in crypto world and neither are we active traders

None of us expected that this will happen with the price that causes the paper value is lost by 99%. Can u imagine how we TFXI investors feel..how would you feel if you guys were in our position...and you all happily narcissistic way be so happy to see us suffer and try to make Investors feel even worst.

There are so many TFXI leaders that left their investors lost in this drama. I emphasise especially when they have no support emotionally and mentally and no guidance what to do next. That is why Investors like me or Bimal don't mind putting our name out there in the public eyes to help others to go through this hard situation.

As it affects so many family members..some even became suicidal and broken marriages and home...are you happy to see this happening for them? U jump for joy and keep saying we TFXI investors are stupid...how much worst you want us to feel by continuing to attack tFXI investors ??

What I can see that this is just a ruthless business world ..unfortunately there are lots of companies are like that only focus on profits without taking care of the well being of their investors..

Triumphfx is not perfect..they needed to improve in a lot of things..they failed in their change management and need to improve PR, marketing, customer support, investors relations, trainings , transparency etc.
And I pray they will be more compassionate to the stakeholders and help find immediate solutions without sacrificing their old investors that came in before the changes.

Because of the FUD..price go down..and more scammers are targeting the frustrated TFXI investors. Some TFXi investors were encouraged to realised their losses in TFXI and invest in ponzi schemes like Fintoch. It is just so crazy how people take advantage of TFXI investors situation.

Now Fintoch is the one you guys should talk about in Low Yat forum..and surprisingly no one in LYF make assessment on Fintoch at all ..none of you talk about it at all .

This Fintoch just started last year in Dec 2022 and within 6 months managed to create the biggest ponzi scheme in the world and NONE of you talk about fintoch!!..this company in the shortest period managed to get 20 million investors world wide and managed to scam uSDT20 billion in 6 months.

They lied and deceived using fake news, fake ceo, fake coo, lied about have partnering with Morgan Stanley, not licenced anywhere , fake office in silicon Valley.duped the crypto auditors,did mega glamorous events in dubai,Singapore,Malaysia, Hong Kong, Africa,India, Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia etc.

Promised guaranteed returns of 1% per day as a lender to fake borrowers. And stopped withdrawal without warnings, changed business model, blatantly told their investors that fintoch will use the investors money to build their own crypto chain and will only return capital after 1 Yr.

They have awesome vision n great pR and marketing.. in fact I think they might get away with it for a long long time..maybe they will be better than Bitcoin within 1 Yr n better than uniswap ,binance, tron chain,ethereum chain ..if it is really true they are capable to do all that.

But did u guys talk and share about this obvious deception worldwide in here??....NONE of you studied in detail and talked about fintoch and help educate others to be careful with investments like Fintoch in the forum. You guys could have saved more people because now 20mill investors with usdt 20bill are lost in the chaos.

But yet you continuously celebrate and happy joy joy to talk the pain and suffering of TFXI investors. If you are not a TFXI investor , you have no idea what any of us going through. Especially who still hold on and what patiently for Triumphfx to come up with solutions for us

Yes..unfortunately they are some irresponsible and uncompassionate leaders who either just disappeared or just making their investors feel bad for coming in to invest in TFXI .
They forgot that they to responsible in selling the idea of illusion of financial freedom. Some even said can use this passive income to take care of their lifestyle or their monthly commitments.

Some even asked their investors to realised their loss of capital of profit and move to the new CCT funds. For me these leaders asking to sacrifice our money to go into this new funds is no different from the vultures and poachers asking to realised their losses to go into ponzi schemes like herzen ,fvp, ASJ,fintoch etc.
I would never want to sacrifice all my profits that way or ask anyone to do that. But of investors still want to sacrifice it on their own free will that is up to them.

I am accountable to those who came to invest under my group. Yes, I did do a lot of due diligence and I am not the sort who simply just invest or invite others to invest.
I have invested since 2015 and only put usd1000 then but was not an active IB until 2021 when I saw all my other investments went negative in mutual funds , stock market and we lost tenants during pandemic and had to pay the loans from my husband's salary. Many expat lost their job during that time. As a stay at Home mum, of course I worry what if something happened to my husband "s job or himself..what is my back up? After researching, only then I starred doing my financial planning into TFX to build my back up income in case something happens to my husband.

So it has helped me and my family so I though it can help others too during the pandemic. Of course I teach them how do due diligence and ask them to do research before investing. And I showed how to do proper financial planning that this TFXI passive income should help to build their emergency funds and use as a back up to their active income.

My mistake is that I did not take into account people that I wanted to help during pandemic are possibly in desperate situation and not financially prepared, have bad money habits, not prepared emotionally and mentally, don't like to do research and expect to be spoon fed(can't blame them as critical thinking and research is not cultivated in education system and most info's are spoonfed), do not make budgets and financial planning and hence they will make very high risk decisions like putting all their savings there or stopped working

If I were to really treat this like a business..I would not approach people who are not financially educated and does not understand and know the nature of different asset classes in the world, who are financially desperate.
I had a good intention to help but caused others further pain and suffering without realising it.

And dealing with TFXI taught me a lot more than just to see the basic due diligence which I can easily detect in ponzi schemes like Herzen, FVP, ASJ and Fintoch etc. It taught me to see beyond what is just proven shown in facts and evidence. It taught me about the reality of harsh worldl of ruthless profit taking business in a legit way. People like George soros or the big sharks who take opportunities to take advantage of investors who are in weaker position to make huge money .they are using scarcity mindset to make money by using win -loss strategy

And I pray that TFXI one day able to show compassion to their investors and find immediate solutions for a win-win solutions.
That is the best we TFXI investors can do.

The image you shared is true as the leaders need to explain how it works now as majority of TFXI investors are not crypto traders and have no idea about crypto investments.

Like it or not , TFXI business model has changed. It was shocking to all of us investors..it is as if like we put our money in ASB or FD dividend based investment, suddenly it changed into like Stock market Compound based capital gain or loss investment. It is shocking to all of us. It took me some time how the nature of the new investment works.

When I say legit that does not mean they are great perfect company..so many things that needed to improve on and they have failed in many areas.

As regard to TFXI..I did do deep CSI research especially after.pCS got rejected and after I did the petition.

Commodoreamiga..you are an active contributor in LYF, since you spend a lot of time here, I hope you can make your own CSI work to get all the Proofs and evidence to your claims..because it will remain as accusations as long as you have no Proofs or facts to back up your accusation. If you want to be a respected knowledgeable active contributor by creating awareness..please go find out the info and facts of the 35 questions that you have...I found my answers on my own research and based on that I knew what I needed to do for myself and my group of investors. As you are NOT part of any of my business, so you have no rights to the information that I have researched.

I am not working for Triumphfx and I am only an investor. A lot of info needed is not able to find because Triumphfx is not a public company with public audited accounts that can be shared publicly.
They are a private company and they have the right to practice closed doors policies. That is I too looking for the info's on what you have asked . But they are NOT legally obligated to share it publicly hence it will remain just as an accusation by you or anyone without proof that they have siphoned out investors money.

The broker however must submit their audited accounting report to FSA seychelles every 6 months to keep the licence alive. And investors funds will be in a segregated account so that trading can happen.

Another thing I need to highlight..even if you report tonm SC malaysia or police about the Triumphfx or the MOb or the top leaders. They cannot do anything much about it. The best that SC malaysia or bank negara can do is put in the alert list together with Tiickmill, octafx,binance , huobi which is licensed offshore outside malaysia. The police can only accept your report because MiBs and top leader are also investors like me.

Investing in offshore investment like stock market, mutual funds, crypto , properties, bonds are not illegal...it is just unregulated by local regulators like SC malaysia. It is not within their jurisdiction to take action against these offshore investments.

However if the company opens physicial office in Malaysia like Herzen, FVP, ASJ, fintoch, Xfox without licence from SC malaysia..then it is illegal ..and can take actions against them n report to Sc malaysia and police.

The thing is many local scams happening in Malaysia but police or SC malaysia still cannot do anything much about it.

The only way to protect ourselves is to be financially educated and do out own research DD and have strong healthy money habits

These will be my last messages here as I would not want to spend my time energy here to people who has NO business in my life. I need to focus on my own group of investors that need all the support they can get from me.it is their money and theri life and I am not the kind of person who enjoys seeing other people suffer..
