Looking at his situation,
Beginning knew it was a scam.
Then still joined it later

Thus most probably,
He was GREEDY & stupid, thus joined.
NOW, a victim that had lost money,
NOW, a scamner trying to recover his losses.

It does not cost much money or effort in renewing thise regulatory licenses.
They will just renew it so that they can continue with what they are doing

Did those receiving entities issues you official receipts or official documents/contracts stating it was a deposit or money is for investment purposes?

Without evidence of deposit taking for investment purportedly from those entities, ...that money can be speculated or make believed to be for anything too.

Yes, ...some of the ULs/ leaders had been promoting their own platform from other companies and some are calling their group to do trading themselves to make some money instead of spend time praying for tfx to recovers..
Whatever it is, ...Hope it is a good and right cause and not into another loss cause.

Just hope that he had just a little insignificant amount in it when compared against his networth

I think, Those are definitely created and posted by certain group and not from the company or brokers.

For years tfxi had been putting up in their websites a copy of the "Securities Dealer license" from FSA Seychelles.
It had been removed in Sept 23 the day it had expired.
Any idea where to see the latest (renewed) one?

Matter to some CCT investors as they eould like to know if this CCT leaders is telling the truth or not

As long as this scheme it is not 100% burst or busted by the authorities,
As long as this scheme is still being openly promoted.
As long as there are the possibility to have a chance to "save" someone from being scammed, there will be some people that like to posts "scam alert" postings.
As long as what are being posted here can have the potential to jeopardise livelihood of the promoters, there will be call to have it closed.
