It’s called discipline which the Japanese are known for, where they follow SOPs to a point. Not gonna happen with Malaysia mentality.

No test = no covid = no covid death
Japan already give up since Olympic started.

As a guy working in Japan so long, one thing I don't like about Japan are their health care system. One of weirdest.
Japan Ambulance does't belong to any Hospital. (It like its own organisation)

Once Ambulance come pick you up, they will diagnostic what is your condition and report to any Hospital nearby. If your case are very critical / very bad, the hospital will REJECT you...I was like WTF? One of my friend inside ambulance 3 hours only got one hospital willing to accept him...He stay at Tokyo...end up at Ibaraki Hospital which is 100 km away from Tokyo. Within that 3 Hours Ambulance call almost all Hospital in Tokyo / Saitama / Chiba area. Last resort is Yokohama / Ibraki

Very likely Japan like Indonesia is fudging the reports by doing less testing etc.

Yes the JP ambulance issue was highlighted couple years ago by Western media around pre covid regarding a lot of elderly stuck and died in ambulance waiting for hospitals to accept them.

Don't have to look so far at advance country. Look at next door third world country Indonesia. What is their secret of success. 220 million population but only 400 cases and 20 deaths

I wonder whether some fanatics will go around and paint those who refused booster as anti-vaxxers or not.

Nope, but if they get Covid and end up in ICU/coffin then the question their family will always ask themself is - what if they had just spent a little time taking this free jab.

Kindly share your source that these 40% people who didn't show up didn't know they had an appointment.

Just sharing a news in twitter by Dajjal and asking why 40% didn't show up. Not sure what "spin into fud" means.

Chance of dying from Covid much higher than vaccine injury.
