I ordered my dinner at around 7:14pm, den at 7:38pm driver contacted me say cannot deliver cause don't have his beg with him, then i asked him what should i do? No reply

Ok, so i waited for awhile and decided to contact customer service. I tried live chat, I waited for 40++ minutes andddd finally its my turn, than it says SERVER ERROR. Then i tried after awhile around 9pm. One funny thing is their system stated operating hours from 7am-10pm. At 9pm they say agent unavailable now because its past working hours? Wtf

Called their customer service twice, the first call i waited for 52mins, nobody answered. Second call i waited for 21 mins and i give up

And im here hungry, pissed off

my issues usually solved rather quickly

Happened to me also. Super irritating especially when you are hungry!! Ordered and end up rider say can’t pick up cause the shop pin is different from actual location (>20km). The shop can’t cancel, rider can’t cancel, me as customer can’t cancel. All tried calling shopee customer service but no pick up. End up rider complete the order but ask for my bank account and bank in money to me (lucky rider is good). Sad system. Gonna stick with Grab and FP.

i have 4 affected orders, just drop email they will take 4 days reply and gv pity voucher in another 4 days time. this kind of shitpee customer support no need to be angry. the cs dont even know and care

I just had this issue that day. Deliver but incomplete. Only way is to send email to CS with screenshot of everything via their portal and get the complain ID. Then I called their CS 4 times before finally get through. I bet u called during their dinner peak period. When through, I gave her the complaint ID and told her to expedite.
