When I try to log in, lowyat requested me to reset password and the problem is I never use that email anymore.

How do I get back the old account?

the helpful staff asked me some basic security questions and apparently my previous password password has appeared at https://haveibeenpwned.com/Passwords

I can't no longer login via my other devices which require me to key in existing password.

I have sent an email to helpdesk.

Why lyn.net still use mandatory yahoo mail for recovery? My yahoo mail already been dead n currently I use Gmail. If anything happens, I will have problems logging in. #justsaying

I see that many users face the same problem. Maybe we can merge all the threads into 1 and create a list of users so it's easier for the admins.

There is no such thing as mandatory yahoo mail. Just update your email address to a functional one at https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=08
