This one seems like a good project though. The price is reasonable(quite cheap actually) given the size & density. The location is also great as it is surrounded by landed residential, away from the centre of cyberjaya but still not that far off. However, can i cheat my way to own a unit by using my friend's utility bill to prove that i live in cyberjaya?
