there is no 'best' per say,it depends on your org requirement and budget.

You can look at HR2000,ask them to perform a demo for you.

Using SQL payroll. Before this use excel, very hard to kira pcb, epf and socso. Now just close eye and just click next next next.

My company use Paybun Cloud HR Software.

It's easy and fast to process the payroll. we also can access via mobile apps to view payslips, apply leave, check attendance, clock in & out, & submit claims.
