Hi guys...a newbie here. I'm having a dilemma of purchasing a property. I'm going to purchase my first house and the Developer is BRDB. I did my research and got a lot of positive answer from my research. However I need someone who has the experience with the developer to give me an honest review about this developer as you know this developer price is premium and housing loan is matter of 35 years commitment...therefore I will need the honest review and suggestions from you guys. thanks in advance !

I think would be more useful if u kinda share which project under BRDB u are planning to buy and we can give some constructive feedback. under BRDB there are properties which appreciate, some properties which are stagnant in value at the moment as well...

I'm actually looking for The Pulse Residence in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.

Because a lot positive reviews are very general like top developer, branded properties...I need a bit more details like how's the workmanship, how's the management, the seriousness of defects etc which I can't really find out unless the owner of BRDB properties flag it out. 🤔

workmanship of BRDB is not bad based on past performance, don't forget they are known to be only developing high end places in the past. lately they ventured into more of mid-high range.

reputation wise of course no problem, ppl know this developer is associated with high end development

they got project at Seri Kembangan, Rawang for the past 10 years...not all their projects are prestige...still depend on location, neighbourhoods surrounding and product itself...

Actually... completed projects are history and i would say... each project's workman ship will be different even if under same developer... except if u can find out that is by the same Main con and also sub-consss, then can be a direct gauge.
But anyway, yes, the developer name is still a comfort

Btw TS, u can try act as sub-sale buyer and visit to other projects kan

I was informed by the property agent that the main con for this project will be Tuju Setia, the contractor for Setiawalk and also KLIA 2...not sure who their sub con will be... Btw thanks for the idea, will visit their other project before I decide
