Hi guys...a newbie here. I'm having a dilemma of purchasing a property. I'm going to purchase my first house and the Developer is BRDB. I did my research and got a lot of positive answer from my research. However I need someone who has the experience with the developer to give me an honest review about this developer as you know this developer price is premium and housing loan is matter of 35 years commitment...therefore I will need the honest review and suggestions from you guys. thanks in advance !

Because a lot positive reviews are very general like top developer, branded properties...I need a bit more details like how's the workmanship, how's the management, the seriousness of defects etc which I can't really find out unless the owner of BRDB properties flag it out. 🤔

I was informed by the property agent that the main con for this project will be Tuju Setia, the contractor for Setiawalk and also KLIA 2...not sure who their sub con will be... Btw thanks for the idea, will visit their other project before I decide
