led strip is meant for decoration and normally installed in between the plaster ceiling and the top ceiling. You will still require downlights for daily activities at night.

is the lighting sufficient if we use eyeball downlight instead of those square/round normal one since if we have led strip on the pelmet ?

those pelmet lighting are only for ambience without normal led downlights its going to be quite dark. for bedroom still ok but general areas will feel so gloomy.
