Left few units for 3 storey. Price from RM 8xxk. Freehold. Not bad. Gated and guarded, contemplating too but the condition/quality got me hold back.


It has completed a while and can see some wear n tear at external facade. Best is to visit yourself.

RM800Kplus is quite worth it, freehold property. direct from developer ?

I saw I Prop advertise subsale RM1million.

but if not mistaken, it should have completed few years already... still cannot sold out ? ?

Price wise, yes i agree. I like the layout too. Not typical. Just that, the quality that I have concern.

i checked i prop subsale ard RM1mil for 3 storey link house

It's same area. U will pass by security guard first. Then, u will reach 3 storey house. Then, u can reach Semi D.

3 storey terrace is by Melati Ehsan. Semi D is by Scudai.
Not sure if they are related. This is info that I have.

my personal opinion, this area is freehold, the 3 sty house if RM800K plus is doable...

but semi d hard la this area...

Mind to share why this area hard? Mostly complaint on the terrible access road and just next to the super peak highway

yah i went was tempted, but went back at night, the whole street is like pantai dalam flat area with street stalls left and right,

liked the place but not the surrounding, plus scouted all the makan place ... seems very run down....

i work in KL, wonder the traffic and will i regret, currently where im staying takes about 30 minutes or less

Sorry for bumping old thread.
I recently saw a subsale of the 3 stories house and quite tempted, but generally the review of damansara damai is not so favorable (low/medium cost housing, terrible terrible jam, not much further development in term of malls or recreational).
I would have prefer BSD anytime but the house that i saw was really tempting and much newer than those in BSD.
I wish to ask opinions of those who are staying in bayu damansara or damansara damai in general, how is the general feel of the environment there and is the traffice really that bad? I know now there is a new road which connects directly to nkve, does that helps?
