hi everyone, i've just done a fresh install of windows 10 on a new hardware but when i go to the activation page it says "windows 10 is activated with digital license" so does this mean it's already activated? but i didn't even enter any product key . btw the iso is made with windows media creation tools on my other pc so this is not hacked/pirated copy. anyone here experienced this kind of situation?

Digital license is tied to your MS account. Once you login with your MS account which was activated previously, your windows will be activated.

QUOTE(panjangbest110 @ Oct 7 2021, 02:43 PM) ok,this is getting more weird...there is no embedded key in the mobo and turns out the key that was activated is from enterprise version..how did this happen?is it because i use the media creation tools from my office pc? If your pc bought DIY style (No brand), very likely a common license was used. If it was from branded manufacturer there would be a UEFI product key inside.
