QUOTE(Zot @ Oct 6 2021, 02:06 PM) QUOTE(Created On 21/1/2021 @ Oct 6 2021, 04:24 PM) All these are very inaccurate. To get the nearest numbers you need to get those good ones, which cost about RM500~RM1K, they have this thing to hold to measure your whole body. That one also give and take, not 100% accurate. I threw away all these weigh machines by the way, cause it was making me depressed. I just continue with my workout regimes no matter what and recently im starting to see the results, took 5 months of consistency though! And getting rid of the weigh machines help a lot.

QUOTE(Zot @ Oct 7 2021, 10:21 AM) Accurate or not does not matter. It is a reference. If the number is going down, meaning you are improving. Getting rid of it because you are afraid to face reality you will see that a lot of professionals will tell you to get rid of the weigh machines when you start working out. cause the numbers will fluctuate like crazy and to many people it's discouraging, which it was for me. And i got rid of it and just continued with my workout and take care of my food. Only recently i see the results, not numbers but obvious changes on my body and how i feel overall. and that for me it's a win! This post has been edited by miyakochan89: Oct 7 2021, 10:48 AM

QUOTE(Zot @ Oct 7 2021, 11:00 AM) The water loss in your body itself after workout can make your weight drops by 3kg. The digital sensors does not such big error no matter how lousy the machine. sorry that you are an obsessed naysayer. Last i checked you are not me, you don't know how my body changes. and i did not mention about my weights. This post has been edited by miyakochan89: Oct 7 2021, 11:04 AM
