Few months ago I saw few postings in community WhatsApp, got owners ranting the new buyers get built-in furniture freebie from the developer with better price for the same unit they bought earlier.

I'm not sure whether still got or not.

Poorperly game is not newly invented or discovered like crypto currency. Many boomer poorperly investors were in this game long before strawberry gen is conceived, unlikely to leave any worthy trick for strawberry gen to discover.

Developer units at BSP 21 will always get upper hand.

Recently developer issued out strata title to all units and disallow direct transfer for any subsale transaction.
This mean owner need to pay stamp duty MOT first before can sell the unit to another buyer.
More money and impossible owner willing to sell cheaply to next buyer.
Thus any interested buyer better go get units off developer hand which will be a smoother process.

One word … Don’t.

If it’s meant to be a pure investment for profit then it simply doesn’t make sense at this cycle unless you pick up something markedly under the median price in its location.

It’s fair game if you have any other personal reasons like you may wanna live in it for a while, divorce, or you know it may be a lot harder for you to get a loan later on etc.

suggest to get somewhere near university. 600k property monthly instalment about RM2100. some 3 bedroom with room rental 700-800 can cover the instalment. better can partitioned into 4 bed at RM600 per room = RM2400
