Made the decision to get a unit because of the close proximity of the Mahsa's University main campus. Got students renting but when the those investors desperately throw the rental prices, the whole rental market went down together.

Try research more bro. There are properties VP this year also able to get rental higher than installment + maintenance fees.

Few months ago I saw few postings in community WhatsApp, got owners ranting the new buyers get built-in furniture freebie from the developer with better price for the same unit they bought earlier. 

I'm not sure whether still got or not.
