Hello guys,
I am just starting on this whole smart home things, so bear with me.

For starter, I just want to control these remotely -

1) One interior light & one porch light
2) Two ceiling fan (have IR remote for each)

I've search around, but there is no all-in-one hub that fits my need.
The closes I get is the Broadlink RM4 mini (for IR) and the Broadlink TC3 (for which I need to buy a separate hub for it to go online).

Any thoughts?
