It's a very simple matter here.

If you can't afford to hire one, then move on.

Even i told my future employer that they can decide based on my skillset.

Some might be doing 20k salary job at 8k. Nobody can gauge that based on salary.

I was paid to do IT job but i ended up juggling for preparing documentation for other department and doing sales another department for half year last time as they had manpower shortages. Does this mean I deserve an extra 8k per month for half year for doing 3 different scopes?

Obviously the employer will say this is a good chance to expand "your knowledge".

Somehow Malaysia employer can be extremely backward about this "rules" aka cheapskate to lowball potential employee.
