If you think they are lying, get supporting documents such as EPF statement, tax return, bank statement etc.

The only legal source of the above documents is through the consent of the individual you intend to hire. If he doesnt want to give, you can either gamble and hire him or just walk away.

Dont waste time trying to find out how to do illegal things on this forum.
