Both AIO only have 2 DDR3 SODIMMs slot.

The ram is similar size with regular laptop.
Basically, just pop out the back cover and back plate.
and you're able to access the motherboard.

After upgrading RAM, best to "Factory Reset windows 10".
It is still usable for normal usage such as admin work (MS Word, Excel), CCTV, Music player, etc.
