Been looking at the subsale market for Laurel. Wondering if the 1k psf asking price in the subsale market justified in anyway. its almost 20-25% increase vs launching price 2 years ago.

Seems like the mrt station is not beside laurel residence. Its around 600m away near the flat area

You are not going to like it. Around RM1100psf, I hope developer can pull it off and sell at that price.

Overall it's better than their recent developments in terms of facilities, and unit natural lighting. This will be their first time testing price above 1kpsf in Bangsar south.

If you are looking for 2 bedrooms, all are fully sold. Left type A 1+1 and bigger sizes.
