So far they haven't engage any agent to sell. Only direct developer

From my experience, and for general purpose and intent.

Better go directly to developer staff, and not through so called authorized agent.

Developer staff tends to be more truthful and don't speculate. And they don't hard sell.

The property tour will not be as enjoyable but truth sings a better tune for me.

If I visit showroom with agent, most often I'll be triggered by their sales pitch.

Why don't you all go look at southlink leftover developer units. It's ready, can inspect real unit itself. No need to pay progressive interest

I believe there's 1 carpark minimum. It's floating carpark, not assigned.

Means you can park at any available carpark in the biding as long as you are one of the owner, just need to remember where you park everyday.

Refferal fees should be 1% but you have to call UOA for confirmation.

Workmanship is ok for their recent projects, no WoW factor though. Imagine them like typical China businessman, I deliver what I promise, nothing more. VP experience during MCO is very bad IMO, but the unit is fine for their recent Bangsar south project.

Horrible traffic is to be expected given the near full capacity of their office usage. Many travels via LRT as well. But the illegal carpark near university station is causing real problem..

Many apartment banned Airbnb or short term stay. Please don't buy a residential property hoping on short term rental. JMB might banned it later on.

You are not going to like it. Around RM1100psf, I hope developer can pull it off and sell at that price.

Overall it's better than their recent developments in terms of facilities, and unit natural lighting. This will be their first time testing price above 1kpsf in Bangsar south.
