it's the Trengganu Open (25th~26th april), 1 day earlier than npl kuantan..
this tourney is also the prelude for WCA08, which gonna be held in Trengganu in nov this year..
team Myrmidons of trengganu is the driving force behind this effort..

elgato,
good luck to ur team this weekend... rclxms.gif
we might singgah on sunday to see how things are..

amos,
no point drive alone.. just take the bus la.. get one of the xmenz to pick u up OR just arrange somethign with the organiser.. if not mistaken, bus pass by the area lah, u can just walk to the hotel..

Heloo peeps! icon_rolleyes.gif

I'm real new to this, having only tried some recball, but Ive got a noob question: sweat.gif

When u guys go for tournaments overseas or or have to fly on a plane, how do you transport your markers, tank n gear? courier them to yourself on location?

that's bcoz we (u, me & most others) only play local tourney, plus we don't need (can't afford) to fly..
for those international games, normally the organisers has worked it out with the authority regarding special carrying permit of the said equipment.

icic, that would mean that if u were to travel to even another state by plane, the paintball centre or organizer on the receiving end would liason with u on getting ur stuff there. That makes sense hmm.gif

EDIT: btw, i havent exactly been thru the 100+ previous pages of posts but, did u guys have a discussion on ur gear, or most of us settle for rentals? sweat.gif

Lol, actually, flying or anything that involves getting onboard an aircraft or x-ray machine or even any postage/courier service is generally avoided if it can be helped.

Icic, the reason I'm asking is cos I'm currently at Sabah, but am going to continue my study in Sarawak in another few months. That would mean its not worth it for me to go too seriously here, then only invest when i'm at Kuching? Unless I 'drive' home every now and then, there would not be any feasible way of maintaining personal gear then? cry.gif
